Internships and Graduates
We have run several internship programmes since 2018, from four week to four months in length depending on the subject and roles we are working with at the time.
We have worked with Universities supporting graduates in out reach to businesses and developing projects and supporting final dissertations (Undergraduates and postgraduates)

Current Roles
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead, or someone who is at the stage of developing into the role, to work with our team and ensure the smooth running of multiple teams and people across the delivery and operational functions.
The person will work closely with the global heads of the delivery teams sitting between managers, team leaders and team members involved in the full end-to-end cycle from product development, release to delivery.

The role:
We’re looking for the Delivery Lead to come in with a fresh set of eyes, working with the senior team as we develop our teams and area of the business from the ground up, identifying what’s working and what need improved. It’s a wide-ranging role, working with and ultimately managing teams who each face a variety of challenges and require different solutions and approaches:
·Building and maintaining their teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well together
·Implementing best practice and ensuring a customer centric approach and customer satisfaction ethic is embedded into the business
·Ensure teams work well together, understand each other’s roles, responsibilities, what they bring and the challenges each face
·Embedding a culture of cross-team respect
·Ensuring every team member has the right skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in their role and benefit the wider business
·Be involved in resource planning
·Ensure teams know what “good” looks like
·Create a culture where people naturally assume responsibility, take responsibility for resolving issues and are respectful and helpful to each other
·Identify skills gaps, training and coaching needs

Skills and experience:
We’re looking for an experienced Manager from a tech sector solutions background ideally in with data, analytics or data science operational experience or similar.
·5-10 years experience with demonstrable agile development experience developing with/in teams
·Resource planning
·Work scheduling
·Development scheduling
·Strong attention to detail
·Experienced in best practice design, implementation and management
·Naturally customer centric – setting high standards for the team and knowing what “good” looks like
·Great at creating a motivated working environment where people have confidence in themselves and others around them
·Strong at developing individuals, bringing out their strengths and addressing skills gaps
